Crisis Intervention in Primary Care: Managing Suicide Risk

By the end of this course, learners should be able to universally investigate and respond to suicide risk in pediatric primary care settings. Learning topics include suicide screening (when, what, and HOW), risk assessment, crisis response planning (engaging caregivers), and facilitating referrals to the appropriate levels of care. Learners should feel confident managing risk in primary care.
